30 Day Green Smoothie Challenge: Day 5
1 frozen banana1 large tbsp peanut butter2 teaspoons flaxseed2/3 cup waterlarge handful spinach
This smoothie gets a nice 3 stars from me. The spinach seems to leave a bitter after taste, maybe next time I'll use a smaller helping. Other than that, the peanut butter gives a nice fullness to the drink. Enjoy!
