No, I'm not sportin' some sleek new booty gear, I simply got my butt out of bed and actually worked out this morning. I did a 21 minute (building up to 30) bike ride downstairs in our workout room. My knees really need this type of exercise. I'm getting a treadmill this Christmas and I cant wait to start running again, really training for something big. :)
