If I don't get up and workout in the morning, it offsets my entire day! Seriously. A morning workout, whether I'm barely awake hitting my DVD workout collection or busting it on the elliptical, my day is simply not the same if I don't burn a couple hundred calories before 7:00 a.m. And, I hope to always keep this routine going. I know I slack off every once in awhile, but I'm always reminded of how much I enjoy it every time I get back into the swing of things.
My one word of advice for anyone who wants to have a grand day: fitness and hydration. It's simple. It's hard. It's so pays off for a great day!
