Just Call Me A Minimalist

Stuff makes me nervous, cranky, and distracted. I've come to realize that too much cutter in my life brings out the bitch meanie in me. Seriously, it's as if stuff has an energy of it's own and by being surrounded by it all, I feel as if I'm somehow suffocating  Ok, maybe that's a little dramatic, but you wouldn't believe the peace and comfort I find in clearing my space. It simply puts me in a better mood.

This past weekend I tackled a bookshelf, books, and clothes that needed to go to the Goodwill {the books are going for resale}. It's only a small dent but with time I'm sure I'll be able to pass on items that I no longer use/need and enjoy the peace that comes with letting go and living freer.

What about You, do you feel more comfortable with or without "stuff"?
