Just a Momma moment...

So, I always enjoy shopping at Greenlife. I ran over there this morning for some witch hazel. I know, it sounds like such a dirty word, doesnt it? I feel as if I should have a fire pit and cauldren. However, to all the people out there who practice Wicca, I mean no insult, I was once a fan as well. :)
Anyway, witch hazel, nope not taken in pill form to remove celulite but instead a liquid to help treat hemrroids. I know. Keep reading. It seems this baby is due on Sunday and what a wonderful day it will be when this baby does come, yet, until that day, my little he/she has decided to leave mom with one more awesome-matic treat...a sore bum.
While driving back home, I munched on a chicken sandwhich, which was delicious and drank a B-vitamin shake. You wouldnt believe the calories it takes to create a B-vitamin drink. Anyway, I remembered reading how B-vitamins help with anxiety and then started thinking about whether or not I was gonna resume my anxiety meds once the baby was born. I've been off of them for months now and I've felt pretty good. Honestly, I have some spacial issues that leave me with inaccurate input which then leaves me with terrible anxiety when placed in certain situations. From what I have read, exercise and vitamins are just as effective as prescribed medications. Now, dont get me wrong, a 5 minute walk from the car to the shopping center door isnt gonna get it, but a good work out routine seems to truly help.
I think I'll try a new route this time. I'd like to focus on becoming more healthy. I want to drink more multi-vitamins, finally get a handle on portion control, and enjoy my body through exercise. That being said, I think I'll go eat up on some of my salad, oh and my song for today:
Put Me In Coach
Well, beat the drum and hold the phone - the sun came out today! We're born again, there's new grass on the field.A-roundin' third, and headed for home, it's a brown-eyed handsome man;Anyone can understand the way I feel.
CHORUS:Oh, put me in, Coach - I'm ready to play today;Put me in, Coach - I'm ready to play today;Look at me, I can be Centerfield.
Well, I spent some time in the Mudville Nine, watchin' it from the bench; You know I took some lumps when the Mighty Casey struck out.So Say Hey Willie, tell Ty Cobb and Joe DiMaggio;Don't say "it ain't so", you know the time is now.
CHORUS
Yeah! I got it, I got it!
Got a beat-up glove, a homemade bat, and brand-new pair of shoes; You know I think it's time to give this game a ride.Just to hit the ball and touch 'em all - a moment in the sun;(pop) It's gone and you can tell that one goodbye!

Good for you on the vitamin & exercise commitment! For wonderful liquid vitamins check out Floradix brand. I take their iron+herbs formula & LOVE it! They have several formulas & no preservatives. Also for your b's &c's try EmergenC brand drink mix. It comes in several flavors. I love the pink lemonade! It's also free of artificial sweetners & is only a few calories (25).

Ohhhhhhhh, EmergenC is a staple here at the house. I love it. :) Also, I actually use the same iron as well.
