Healthy Holiday Giveaway: WAT-AAH!

As of May 2008, the CDC states that 15% of children and teens are overweight with another 19% considered at high risk for becoming overweight. However, there is a new line of water that is specifically aimed at the obesity problem. Let Water Be Water, LLC, announces the launch of WAT-AAH! , a premium line of sugar-free, functional water for kids ages 6-15.

While visiting family during Christmas, I decided we'd all take the WAT-AAH! Challenge . I pulled out the bottles and instantly the kids wanted to try it. :)

Each kid got one bottle:

WAT-AAH! Bones, ultra pure water with magnesium to help bone growth

WAT-AAH! Brain, ultra pure water with added electrolytes to encourage faster absorption, hydration and cooling down

WAT-AAH! Energy, ultra pure water with oxygen for increased metabolic function and energy

WAT-AAH! Body, the foundation for the brand with simple and super clean spring water, absolutely free of sugar.

And, as soon as they took their first sip, they were passing around the bottles, pouring them into cups, so they could try them all.

The consensus was: EVERYONE enjoyed WAT-AAH! They loved the bottle design and name and I loved the sugar-free alternative to sodas.

Kid recommendation: fruit flavors.

Mom recommendations: BPA Free bottles and distilled H2O.
