I am proud and super-excited to say that I stopped by the local university yesterday to register for classes and it seems I'll be wrapping up my teaching certification and Master's program by the end of 2010. I know!!!!
I will be taking 2 classes this semester, one at school while the other is an in my classroom observation. I will then be taking two more classes during the summer, for two weeks from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, very intense, but so worth it, and after passing all 4 Praxis tests, I will then be a licensenced teacher. :)
And, I will only have two more classes to go until I finish my Masters!!!!! The last two are the thesis classes, one being a class that teaches research and the next being the research/writing class. Now, depending on how they let me take this, I may have to split the two classes up and finish the thesis in the spring of 2011, but hey, I'd be so excited to walk around my birthday. What better gift could I give myself?? :)
Alright, so that's my little toot. How about yours? What great accomplishment have you done as a mom/mommy-2-be that usually goes unnoticed until you pop your little head up and toot about it? :)

Congratulations, that's wonderful! Definitely worth a good toot. As for me, nothing anywhere near that noteworthy to toot, although I did complete my first cake decorating class. Then again, there were no tests to certify us with, but I did indeed survive in one piece! Stopping by from SITS to say hello this morning.
