My mood is definitely effected by my workouts, and recently, with all my morning sickness, I haven't been very diligent on making sure I kept to my daily workouts and I believe it shows. 

I'm super stressed over work. I dream about it. I think about it daily. I even dread going in on certain days. But I understand it's a job, and one, that in the past, I truly enjoyed. However, I can not spend all my energy fretting over it, wasting my time and enjoyment, so I'm shifting my focus back to myself and my health.

Yeah, it's hot and yeah I'm not 100% motivated to move but I am motivated to feel better. So there you have it, case closed, all done, the end. Bring on the fitness {with a side of endorphins!!}
