{Product Review} A Cluttered Mind

Recently I realized my desk had become a bit cluttered. As an educator my main focus is toward my class and yet meanwhile my paper work can begin to take over the office area, leaving me with the understnding that I need to utilize more of my organizational skills.

 

Shoplet.com offers many great office supplies as well as promotional products, therefore I was able to turn to them with my need of individual File Folders{$10.20 per box}, Hanging File Folders{$13.21 per box}, as well as the Expanding Pocket Folder {$32.45 per box} which is an expanding file folder with extra easy gripping to ensure you never lose important papers while pulling from a file drawer.

When my order arrived I was highly impressed with the quality and quanity of the folders. The hanging file folders feature built in tabs so you can write directly on the folder rather than needing a paper label. This makes locating your needed papers so much easier and gives a nice organized feel to the filing cabinet.

House of Doolittle Review

Calendars, we all need them. Day planners are pretty much my day savers and that's why I was super thrilled to receive the House of Doolittle Two Color Monthly Desk Pad Calendar with Large Notes Section along with the House of Doolittle Wirebound Weekly Monthly Planner . Seriously, trying to keep up with lesson plans, therapy requests, two other co-workers, as well as 12 kids, if I don't write down my meeting dates, I'm lost and then eventually out of a job. 

These products are high quality planners. The House of Doolittle Two Color Monthly Desk Pad Calendar is a monthly calendar that allows plenty of space for those most important notes/dates. It is made from 100% recycled paper and it's sporting an amazing sale price of $5.58 each. I'm not sure you can find a 12 month calendar anywhere else at a better value. 

The House of Doolittle Wirebound Weekly Monthly Planner is divided monthly by side tabs, which I love. This planner offers a monthly spread as well as a weekly planner that is broken down for hourly scheduling. For a teacher, this works great at end of the year IEP meetings. These planners sale for $18.67 each.

Shoplet Review: Memory Foam Keyboard and Mouse

Shoplet.com is known for it's great office supplies and this certainly rings true after experiencing the comfort of the Fellowes Memory Foam Keyboard Palm Support . 

According to Shoplet.com, the contoured shape encourages correct ergonomic position while placing hands in neutral posture, the patented Health-V Channel reduces wrist pressure to help prevent carpal tunnel syndrome, and the Microban antimicrobial protection helps keep the pad surface cleaner. This product typically sells for $14.44 each but is sold at a reduced cost of $10.77 when bought in bulk. 

At first glance I was impressed with the slender mold of the wrist rest, the absolute comfort of the memory foam, and the adhesive backing that actually keeps the mold in place without leaving a sticky residue on your desk surface. Along with the keyboard pad, I received the Fellowes Memory Foam Gliding Palm Support w/ Mouse Pad, and I must admit, I loved how nicely the palm support fit my hand  and how easily the mouse floated along the pad. This product sells for $14.05 each but again, is sold at a reduced price of $11.24 when bought in bulk. 
I highly recommend both of these products if you're a person who spends a great deal of time in front of a keyboard or if you simply are looking for a more comfortable, relaxing way to enjoy your computer. Got Tape?? Shoplet Duck Tape Review

Just the other day Maddie was screaming, "tape, tape, I need tape, please!" She was trying to stuff 5 bouncy balls into an Elmo game and needed the tape to keep the door shut. I ran and grabbed the tape bag, let her sort through the different textures and widths and she decided on blue painters tape, too bad I didn't have this jazzy Zebra Printed Duck Tape available at the time or I'm sure it would have been her first choice. :)
And, who doesn't love animal print duck tape? As a preschool teacher I've actually used duck tape in different situations in the room, it's a great way to outline floor boarders, and again, the kids would love the different prints.

Speaking of which, along with the duck tape I received I also had the opportunity to try the Duck EZ Start Premium Packaging Tape and the Duck EZ Start Premium Packaging Tape with Dispenser . 

I was pretty excited about this review since Maddie has become pen pals with a gal in England, and I most definitely could use some nice packing tape with dispenser. I was impressed with the ease of setting the tape up, simply by pulling the start tap and lacing it through the dispenser, you're ready to start taping. The tape flowed smoothly and easily and was released by sharp metal teeth at the end of the dispenser. The dispensers are durable plastic and the tape doesn't split or crack as I've had happen with other brands of clear tape. 
Overall, I'm very happy with the quality, durability, and ease of these products. I look forward to using them through out my house for different projects and adventures. :)
